Hit Send: finally launch your newsletter (or stop ghosting the 1 you’ve got)
A 4-week email marketing course delivered over 8 emails and 8 tasks that’ll nudge you from quiet, drafts-folder dweller to send-button-smashing FREAK armed with prompts, tips and more chest-thumping confidence than a man with a podcast.
The result?
✔️ Your welcome sequence: activated.
✔️ Your email marketing? More regular than your morning bowel movement.
✔️ Your Instagram dependency: shrinking faster than a woolly jumper in a hot wash.
✔️ Fear of the send button? Absolutely 👏 f*cking 👏 obliterated 👏
July launch price is £135, and lifetime access to the Hit Send Home Office included.
Isn’t it high time you started being the kind of emailer who sends emails?
Because email marketing isn’t just for mega-brands with marketing teams so big that if you laid out all their intestines end-to-end, they’d wrap around Earth 13 times.
Email marketing works for small business owners too.
And I want to annihilate the idea that email marketing is too complex, clever or all-consuming to pick up and carry on calmly and consistently when you’re piloting your small business, Han Solo 🌌
Why now?
Because I’ve seen you, boo.
Ear pressed up against that tightly locked ✨email marketing✨ vault door, sweat accumulating on your top lip like a wet lil moustache, while you spin out trying to work out the perfect combination of words to say and send out in your email cos you KNOW once you’ve cracked the code, you’ll find:
🗝️ A closer connection with your audience
🗝️ Deeper brand loyalty
🗝️ More opportunities to sell your stuff without some wanky 6-fig influencer (it’s Jenna Kutcher) cock-blocking your pitch with their factory production line of endless offers.
🗝️ The ability to take your foot off the social media pedal and kick your feet up in the air as you joyfully squeal down a hill on your bike (cos you don’t have to be on your phone and laptop 24/7, SHOWING UP on Instagram or wtv).
But before I sell you the sausage. I guess I need to sell you the sizzle, right? Or maybe I just need to ramp this up a little so I can figure out if you’re the right person to take my sausage? (sausage = course. Obviously.)
Let’s see if you’re sausage-curious
🥴 I don’t even have a list. Where do I find people to email? Should I add them to this Excel sheet on my Nokia phone?
🕰️ This takes forever. How do I write and send an email without it eating up my entire day?
🙅 Unsubscribes. What if they hate me? What if I get like 3 unsubscribes every time I send an email?
🫀 Vulnerability. What if I pour my heart into my email and NO ONE replies?
📈 Growth? How do I grow my list once I’ve started?
😴 I don’t want to be boring. How do I stop my emails from landing in that cursed pile of unread newsletters?
💸 Money. I need this to make money. How do I turn readers into paying clients?
😿 Why bother? No one reads emails anymore.
🏃🏾 Idea fatigue. How the hell am I going to keep coming up with things to say?
Clutching your pearls? Feel like you’ve hit every branch on the way down the email-marketing-uncertain-tree? (lololol I hate me).
Well, congratulations, sweetie. You might just be the perfect student for Hit Send.
But read on, pal. The sizzle awaits…
Careful, this griddle spits hot fire
My ultimate dream for this course is just you, cosied up in bed, reading my fun little course emails, pen in hand, spiral notebook you never use finally finding purpose, maybe a laptop balanced on your knees? But no apps. No Zoom. No Slack. No FaceTime. Just you, an occasional day trip to a Google Doc, and me, hanging out in your ‘box, so you can get better at getting into other people’s ‘boxes #someta
Because as a slow-preneur, lazy girl, and proud hater of big marketing efforts, I’m keeping this tighter than a bumble bee’s sphincter:
💌 8 emails
📝 8 tasks and asks (asks = small things, tasks = juicy big bits)
🥄 And me, spoon-feeding you all your lessons and making sure you get support at every step, including my ridiculously helpful Promptalicious, email-by-email guide for writing your welcome sequence.
…And here comes that sizzle
🩰 I’m breaking down steps like Julia Stiles’ in Save the Last Dance.
Every step of building your newsletter (or re-engaging your neglected list) is carefully choreographed so you’ll have your first (and most important) sequence written and ready to schedule in 4 weeks.
🖕🏽 I’m sending you that huge foam middle finger you’ve been dying to wave at Canva.
Because you’re not designing 12-slide carousels for your grid anymore. You’re writing emails instead.
You’re major league marketing.
You’re staying up late and watching big boy TV.
You’re DONE grinding your bones to make Zuckerberg’s bread.
♾️ First name Sustainable, last name, Forever.
I don’t do “HERE’S HoW I dO iT sO U dO ThAt tOo” advice. I’ll teach you best practice, I’ll give you tips, structure and tactics, but in the end, the emails you come up with, the schedule you design, and the topics you share will be 100% organic YOU. Cos that’s how we build marketing machines you want to keep working at (and visibility you can cope with).
☂️ I’ll be there for you (when the rain starts to pour).
Want me to get involved? I can do that too. At checkout, there’s the option to upgrade your course and include 1-1 email feedback from me on up to 7 emails (£150).
💛 I’ve done plenty of email-only courses myself. They’re my favourite kind.
Because even if I’m not ready to do a task today, I can pop those emails in a folder and come back when I’m good and ready. No notifications. No “catch the replay” reminders.
Ultimately, I want to make your marketing easier. And that means finding ways you can serve and sell with ease.
And if you’ve read this far and you’re nodding so hard your neck might snap off and your head might roll away, then DOUBLE congratulations are in order boo, cos you’re officially sausage-worthy.
Now let my past students explain why it’s worth the bite…
If starting an email list has been something you've always wanted to do but felt overwhelmed by the process, Hit Send is perfect.
The friendly and entertaining tone of each email from Nadia made them so much fun to read. It wasn't a boring course lesson I had to push through because I'd spent money and needed to prove it wasn't a waste—it was ACTUALLY fun. The emails, the progress I made, the access to all the email-writing secrets and tricks was addictive.
— Khadijah Hayley, Book Coach and Editor
I’ve never enjoyed course tasks as much as I did with this one.
I especially loved how each week started with a warm-up task before diving into the bigger one, making the process feel structured yet manageable. I came into the course with a semi-developed idea, and now I have a fully fleshed-out newsletter and a ton of excitement to launch it.
- Nat Pearce, Founder, Speaker & Facilitator
You will learn so much in a short space of time.
You'll understand WHY you're carrying out tasks. At the end, you will have practical resources that you can use to support yourself. It's one of the best courses I've done and I've done LOADS!
— Sarah Elliott, Wordwitch, Poet & Author
I love writing emails. That has never been my problem. But, as a lover of writing in general it can be hard to communicate WHAT it is I write about.
Hit Send helped me put my email whimsy in a productized box in a way that actually amplified my creativity. It's gotten me genuinely excited to re-write my welcome sequence (it's going to be so epic), i've been consistent with my emails since the program wrapped (unheard of), and have been getting such great feedback (because I've stopped overthinking the crap out of it).
- Steph Laffy, Copywriter & Brand Voice Obsessive
Whether you're a copywriter or not, if you're a business owner who wants to take advantage of email, I'd highly recommend it.
I'm pretty amazed I got a welcome sequence ready to go, plus my next email (just about) by the time the course finished. MAJOR motivator. Nadia's approach to email is awesome and the level of support she provides is really special. SIGN UP AND HIT SEND!
- Natalie Gates, Website Copywriter
I loved how actionable the intensive was. I went at my own pace, but still had the majority of emails crafted for my sequence.
If you're looking to build an effective welcome sequence that connects with your audience from an expert who helps you transform your copy without stripping it of your voice, buy Hit Send.
-Nailah Z King, Founder & Content Strategist
From copywriters to consultants, from London to Japan, 38 business owners have Hit Send so far, and every single welcome sequence? An absolute banger.

If you're considering it, please join Hit Send NOW before it fills up!
Honestly, this has been a brilliant course. I'm right at the start of marketing my own business and it's really helped me focus on what my clients will want to hear from me. It's also helped me write in a more business focused way, rather than 'penpal' style, which I know will be game changing. This is a fantastic course, Nadia! Thank you so much. I'll keep an eye out for your next one!
- Jill Liley, NFP Copywriter & Marketer

Honestly, it is the best thing I have decided to purchase in 2025 so far
I loved the community, seeing others taking action prompted me to take action too, often wanting to be teacher's pet but all in jest! But if that's what it took to get me to have a fully checked by Nadia working 5 day welcome sequence, then so be it! Huge value for money and the excitement of opening up two emails a week from Nadia is something that I am going to miss now that I am being left to my own newsletter devices.
- Jelly Jade, Children’s Entertainer -
If you aren't sure about your newsletter, get on this course and sort your life out.
It'll make you think about your subs list in a totally new way - it's certainly given me inspiration in my business for other aspects I can create now - and I can't wait to get rolling. I have the structure and ideas and confidence I need now but most importantly for me, the real light bulb moment was the reason WHY and that changed everything. So don't even think about it, just hit YES.
- Lucy Edgar, HR Consultant
Here’s a breakdown of our week-by-week schedule
Each week for the 4-week course, you’ll get 2 emails: a fun theory bit plus a tool on Mondays, and a practical, work-focused bit on Wednesdays. This is a self-paced course delivered entirely by email, so you can work through it in your own time. Got questions along the way? You can always hit reply to any email for a second opinion from me.
Want deeper feedback? For an additional £150, you can upgrade your course at checkout to receive a full, comprehensive review of your welcome sequence (5 emails) plus up to 2 additional emails, totalling 7 emails, all sharpened for clarity and conversion.
Week 1: Setting your foundations: cos you can’t go round sending emails willy-nilly
Before we do the writing work, we do the brain work. I’ll introduce you to how the course works and how to get the most-est out of your hostess (me).
You’ll complete my signature Email Productification Task and carve out the unique position your emails hold in your audience’s lives. This is how we transform you from inbox fodder into an absolute must-read.
Week 2: The Welcome Sequence - your very first email system (awwww)
From defining the purpose to mapping out each email and figuring out where to start that all-important ‘buyer journey’, you’ll get access to my 14-page Promptalicious Welcome Sequence Support, and we’ll make sure you get all 5 emails written.
I’m making this as easy and lightweight as possible for you to implement cos I want EVERYONE to schedule and/or send emails by the time the course is over.
Week 3: Making email a habit
My big worry is you’ll do the welcome sequence or write a few emails…Then you’ll ditch the habit and go back to doom scrolling and buying shit off TikTok shop (maybe just me?), so we’ll lock in a habit, work on a process for finding flow, and plan the next 4-weeks of emails (I’m honestly too nice). We’ll also talk about lazy emails for when you can’t be assed to send anything. And you’ll get a copy of all my Emergency Email Kit templates.
Week 4: So, how do I make my emails sell things?
You asked for it, and I’m delivering it. The final week is devoted to promotional emails and how to write non-squirmy pitches. I’ll share my 5 Pillars of Selling via Email and give you a final email challenge to complete!

✅ 71% completion rate
Only 5-10% of course buyers complete the courses they buy. But out of the 38 folks who’ve taken Hit Send, 71% have finished writing and either launched or submitted all 5 emails in their welcome sequence for review. And it’s all down to super-doable, easy-to-action steps and copy support I provide (the 14-page Promptalicious Welcome Sequence guide inside Hit Send Home Office probs helps too).
-
⏳100% wanted it to last longer
Most students told me they wished the course was longer (when was the last time you read that about a course?!!! lolz) But instead of stretching it out (and keeping you in perpetual learning mode) I’ve distilled everything into an easy, self-paced format you can revisit any time. No expiry dates. No deadlines. Learn fast and complete everything in 4 weeks (so you can relaunch or launch your newsletter asap) or linger longer and save all my emails in a special lil folder to nosh on later.

👾 F*CKING DO IT!
Nadia is the G of email marketing, you won’t regret it. I’ve been writing emails for clients for a long time, but since doing this course, I’m thinking about them in a completely different way. Can't wait to start implementing what I've learnt.”
Hit Send is a good idea if…
✅ You are motivated to develop a mailing list and write and send emails.
✅ You are open to instruction, like to open funny emails, and are open to learning a new skill (or improving an old one)
✅ You’re a doer, and you like to take action. I’ll be with you via email and will even privately review and share feedback on your copy during dedicated office hours (via email). All you have to do is be willing to DO the tasks I set and HIT SEND at the end.
✅ You want to build an enjoyable, more consistent relationship with email. If you only send 1 email every 6 months, you won’t see results, but if you open every email I send and give each worksheet, template, or task a good ol’ try, then the emails will write themselves (they bloody well won’t, but you know what I mean). Less slog, more giddy chair-dancing at your desk, and on the other side of this 4-week group thingy, you’ll end up with a welcome sequence and more!
✅ You like my style. I’ll be teaching the same brand of email marketing I’ve successfully used across agencies, client-side, and in my own business for the past 14 years.
Hit Send is a bad idea if…
❌ You want me to write your emails for you. I usually charge over £200 per email and over £1000 for a sales sequence, so the value of this 4-week course is like stealing my iPhone on Oxford Street in broad daylight lolol
❌ You don’t want to do email marketing. This is not a trick statement. I don’t believe in forcing people to use marketing channels they don’t like, love or at least fancy the look of.
❌ You think writing emails is “the right thing to do” or because some nobhead scared you off social with a post about how “Instagram is dead” (it’s not. And if you prefer marketing there, stay there). I’m not here to force email marketing down anyone’s throat cos that’s predatory marketing and a big no-no from Nadia.
❌ You hate writing. You will have to write emails. It’s a terrible idea to join Hit Send if you don’t want to write anything.
❌ You want technical advice about platforms, setup and design templates. You can set up Kit for free if you have under 1000 subs, so that’s my recommendation.
I’ve added this FAQ section because I’ve had a few repeat questions since launching.
So this is a real FAQ block, and not 1 of those weird fake ones people come up with because their sales page template told them to.
Who is this course good for?
This course is suitable for service providers working B2C rather than B2B.
I know that for a lot of us, we might see our work as B2B because we are small business owners selling to OTHER small business owners, but usually, those businesses are only 1-person-big/only a few people, and not huge conglomerates with loads of departments and shareholders and complex products, etc, so I don’t consider this ‘B2B’ (the type of lessons I’d be teaching would differ if this were traditional B2B).
Is this worth doing if I already write emails for a living?
Yes, because even the most seasoned copywriters struggle to start and keep up a mailing list (which isn’t for a client!). I want you to develop a sustainable habit you’ll go ahead and continue once we’ve done the course. I’ll also share my 🪓 EMERGENCY EMAIL KIT 🪓 with ‘break glass when your brain is broke’ templates and prompts for when you can’t be arsed to write.
Do I need a lead magnet for this?
No. This entire course is built on getting people to join your mailing list and read your emails because they are great. Period. We will talk about lead magnets in week 4, but I will be teaching you how to draft a 5-email sequence that focuses on getting your paid offerings in front of your subscribers.
Resources and templates and sh*t sounds cool, but wtf are we actually doing? What’s on the menu, yah know?
As soon as your course starts (which will always be the first Monday after purchase. So if you buy it on Friday, you’ll get your first email on the following Monday), you’ll get access to The Hit Send Home Office, a Google Document filled with everything you could need to independently sort out your newsletter and launch that welcome sequence. Here’s a shopping list of what’s inside:
Newsletter Productification Exercise
Post-it planning the welcome sequence
Drafting the 5-email welcome sequence
Promptalicious Welcome Email Support
Free writing email idea exercise
30 days of email ideas calendar
Emergency Email Kit
5 Pillars of Selling
Newsletter launch checklist
Challenge: writing 1 promotional email for your offering
Challenge: writing 1 email from your 30 days of ideas
I've wasted so much money in the past on courses I've never completed to help me write my welcome sequence. Hit Send is literally the only course you will ever need as once you've done it you will actually have a welcome sequence!
And that's not all. If you're anything like me, you'll also have over a year's worth of content ideas to make sure you don't ghost your subscribers. Nadia has been amazing at getting me to write and then giving me the tools and inspiration to keep it up 🥰
